Unable To Access Email On Mobile Phone After Multi-Factor Authentication Is Turned On

If you are unable to access your bcbe.org email on a mobile phone after Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is turned on, follow the steps below:

iPhone

Preferred Method

Download the official Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store

Keep iOS Mail

To continue using the stock iOS Mail app, you may need to delete the account and re-add it.

1) Navigate to Settings --> Passwords & Accounts --> Select your BCBE email account (the label may vary, generally named "Exchange" or "BCBE") --> Delete

Android

Download the official Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play store.

This is the only supported method for Android devices. The stock Android mail app is not supported by BCBE.
