Lightspeed's Classroom Relay

Lightspeed's Classroom Relay is an intuitive way to monitor your students, keep them safe and on track, and save you time. 

Classroom Relay allows teachers to monitor and control student use of Chromebooks when they’re in your class. With this program teachers can: 

• Monitor Student Activity:

  • See open tabs on student Chromebooks.
  • View student browsing history.

• Control Student Devices:

  • Disable internet access for the entire class.
  • Limit website access to a curated list.
  • Block specific distracting websites.
  • Lock student screens to minimize distractions.

• Facilitate Collaborative Learning:

  • Push a website to all student devices simultaneously.
  • Share your screen or a student's screen with the class for interactive learning.

Lightspeed Classroom Relay empowers teachers to maintain a productive learning environment while keeping students safe online.

How to log in:

1. Log in to the BCBE portal. 
2. Click the Lightspeed Classroom Relay tile
3. Enter your email address

4. Click the Continue with Microsoft button
5. Pick your @bcbe.org account

You must click the Continue with Microsoft button to access Lightspeed Classroom Management

If you can’t log in or if you get logged in but don’t see your classes from PowerSchool, you are probably not logged in with your Microsoft account.  Log out of everything, go back to the BCBE portal and try again.
