Reconnecting to Outlook

In the event of a Password change or some other type of account change you may run into the following errors

Windows Machines

-in the bottom right hand corner you should see a message in the bar across the bottom that says "Need Password" as seen below

Mac

-when opening Outlook you should receive the pop up below or similar

iPhone

For all of the above once you click "sign in/need password" you should be directed to a window similar to below. Enter your username and password and your outlook should be back to working as expected.

Your email is going to be your @bcbe.org address. If it asks for your username it will need only what comes before the @ sign.  example: [e-mail]   username would be "brider"
