When you use the Collage app (Cleartouch) or the Screen Share app (Promethean) to broadcast your MacBook screen to the interactive panel in a classroom, you are allowing your screen to be viewed remotely. If you fail to exit the screen sharing app on your MacBook prior to closing the lid (or locking the MacBook) then you will see a message that says "Your screen is being observed." when you sign back onto your MacBook:
To avoid this, just be sure to “stop” sharing your screen when done. For example, on the Promethean Screen Share app there is a green border around your MacBook screen with a “stop” sharing option at the top. Just click on that when done sharing your screen:
