The report will print a barcode for each student at your school, and will group them by homeroom. The homeroom will show at the top left of each page.
Note – Students who have not been placed in a homeroom will show a blank homeroom value at top of page. You can still check out Chromebooks to them, and locate the student later if you like. Or, get Registrar to update homerooms and re-print the report tomorrow.
Go to the Circulation|Checkout menu in Destiny. Scan a barcode for a student, then scan a barcode for a Chromebook. Repeat for each student on a page, then physically group the Chromebooks for each homeroom (boxes, crates, stacks, etc…).
You can now print a report that will list which Chromebooks were assigned to students by homeroom. Select Reports|Report Builder|Chromebooks (1:1) Checked Out:
Leave the Chromebooks with the report, so that the teacher may give the Chromebooks to the students as shown on the report. If any students failed to show (no-shows) then have the teacher return un-used Chromebooks to you.
