Getting Support for PowerTeacher Pro

Teachers have multiple ways of accessing support for PowerTeacher Pro. Some of them differ by grade bands. Below are the avenues for support.

Elementary Teachers

For technical issues teachers can do either of the following:

• Contact the Education Technology help desk, 251-970-4400
• Submit a work order with a question. Click here if you need instructions for submitting a work order. 

For issues related to curriculum or grading polices (i.g. percentages per category):

• Call or email Rita White at 251-972-6866, [e-mail]

If you are unsure what type of issue you have please contact the Education Technology help desk and they will make sure you get to the right person. 

Secondary Teachers

For technical issues teachers can do any of the following:

• Contact your Digital Resource Specialist at your local help desk
• Contact the Education Technology help desk, 251-970-4400
• Submit a work order with a question. Click here if you need instructions for submitting a work order. 

For issues related to curriculum or grading polices (i.g. percentages per category):

• Contact your local Curriculum Leader
