How do I log in to Zoom?
Step 1: Log in to the myBCBE Portal - https://my.bcbe.org
Step 2: Click on the Zoom icon.
You are now logged in and will be directed to your Zoom profile!
How do I create a virtual meeting?
Step 1: Click on "Schedule a Meeting"
Step 2. Enter the details for your meeting. If you would like to use the same meeting link for a recurring event (example: weekly team meeting), select "Recurring meeting"
Step 3. Select "Save". On the next screen, click "Copy the invitation".
Step 4. Send the invitation info to the event participants. This may be in an email, a calendar event's details, or a link.
