How do I update my phone number for BCBE mass communications?

Employee mass phone communications are completed via SchoolMessenger. Please follow the steps below to make sure that your phone number is up to date in the mass notification system.

Claim Your SchoolMessenger Account

Use your bcbe.org email account to sign up. This is very important! Choose a password that complies with the password rules listed below the Password field.

You will then receive an email confirmation. Click on the link inside the message and log in using your bcbe.org email address and the password you chose in the previous step.

Verify or Update Your Phone Number

Once you are logged in, locate and click on the three horizontal lines ("hamburger menu") in the upper left corner of the screen. Then, click on "Preferences".

Make sure to verify your phone number on record, or delete it and add an updated number by clicking on the "+" button.
