How does a vendor register to be notified of opportunities to bid for used technology sold by BCBE?

Direct the vendor as follows:

Thank you for your interest in bidding on used technology for sale by Baldwin County Schools.  In order to register to be notified when opportunities to bid are available, please do the following:

• Visit our district's website, www.bcbe.org. 
• From there, click on Directory, then Purchasing, then Vendors.
• On that page, click on the link labeled "Vendor Registration."  Complete the form.

Doing this will register the vendor to be contacted each time we offer surplus technology for sale.  You will be able then to bid on the particular offering, which will be handled through the BCBE Business and Finance office.
