Employees must create their own account in order to log into the ESS Portal. To register for a new account and log in for the first time,
- Log into your Employee Portal at my.bcbe.org
- Select the Employee Self Service icon
- At the login screen for the Employee Self Service program, click “Register” at the top right of the page:
- Complete the information required, and then check you email (the email address you enter when creating your account) for further instructions.
If you have previously created an account, but cannot remember your username or password to get logged back in, then either call our district's Help Desk at 251-972-6850 to request help, or open a support ticket to request help. We will delete your old account, and then have you go through the steps above to create a new account.
