Student teachers may be provided access to the Staff Portal and to Google apps. The request for this access must be initiated by the HR Department (Jonathan Crawford as of the time of this article). The school can reach out to him and he can generate the request using our normal account request process for contract staff/long term subs.
We do not provide the student teacher a computer. He/she may use their personal computer, and connect it to our Guest Portal Wifi. To request a username and password to connect to this wifi, they will need to make the request by completing this online form.
We do not provide the student teacher with a bcbe.org email address, to Microsoft apps, or with an account to connect to our staff wifi (BCAWiFi).
