When a student withdraws from school, they visit the Registrar. The Registrar uses an online form to process the withdrawal. On that form there is a section to record items collected.
If a Chromebook is collected, the Registrar can type in the Asset Tag Number, and indicate that the device was returned:
If the student does not return a Chromebook, the Registrar can indicate that as well:
After the withdrawal, the DRS should receive an email that is automatically generated with details.
*Note - no such email is sent to STCs at Elementary Schools.
