How does an employee change his/her email address, password, or other info in their AIM Portal account?

Need to change your email address or other info?

• Login to the AIM Portal with your old email address/password (or ALSDE ID/password), then click the User Profile menu option at top left of the screen.  
  
  
  
• Edit the section of your account needed, such as email.
  • Note - Please use your bcbe.org email address.
• If you cannot login with old address, select Need an account? on the original page to create a new account with your new email address.

Forgot your password?

• If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot Password" link at the login page for the AIM Portal:
  
• You will be prompted with security questions.  If you cannot remember the answers, please email [e-mail] to reset your AIM account.

I have 2 accounts!

• There are times when the person has two accounts, especially women who started teaching under their maiden name and then married.  To resolve this, email [e-mail] to request they merge the two accounts.
