Adding a public calendar to your Outlook will allow you to view another entity's calendar much like you would your own. To be able to view a calendar you must have the owner's permission. There are some calendars, like our Professional Development Calendar, that are are open to anyone in the district to view. Since there are many different versions of Outlook, we have different instructions below for each of the versions. If one of the links doesn't work for you try another one. (Note all of these examples show layered calendars where events stack up on one screen. Some versions will open a new calendar window for each shared calendar. While they look different, adding the additional calendars is done in the same way.)
