Requesting Approval for Technology Purchases
When considering the purchase of technology, work with your Bookkeeper to get the purchase approved. The Bookkeeper will complete a request for approval from the Ed Tech department as follows:
1. Open your Employee Portal (mybcbe.rapididentity.com) and then click on the ET Help Desk tile:
2. Click on Submit a Request:
3. Select the option labeled “Bookkeepers Only – Tech Purchase Approval”. Complete the form provided and click Submit.
You will receive an email from “ET Help Desk” with the details from your request. All further correspondence on the request (including any request for more details, and ultimately an approval or denial) will be handled via this email thread.
