- Links to helpful articles that should help resolve many common issues,
- A link to a form they may use to create a support ticket,
- A phone number they can call to request help. *These calls go to a voice mail system where they can leave a detailed message.
Ed Tech support staff will return calls and answer support requests during our normal business hours, 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
